Senator Tim Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that                       
SENATE BILL NO. 76 An Act authorizing an advisory vote on                      
whether appropriations of income from the permanent fund should be             
restricted; and providing for an effective date be returned to the             
Finance Committee. Without objection, it was so ordered.
